The IT HelpDesk policy regarding repair of personal devices or computers.

The IT HelpDesk is unable to provide repair services for any personal computers or devices. We are able to assist you with problems directly related to SMCC systems, such as network registration, MySMCC, and BlackBoard.

If your problem is not related to SMCC systems, we must refer you to a third-party repair service. There are a number of reputable establishments with repair services in the area.

You are welcome and encouraged to seek other options for help. Your business is between you and the company. SMCC will not be involved, is not responsible for the resolution of the problem, and cannot assist you should you have trouble.
