Software or Application Issues

 

Use this service to create a ticket to report on software or application problems you may be having.

We support SMCC approved software in office, classroom and computer lab settings.

Additionally, the IT department supports enterprise level software such as, Jenzabar, Office 365, Google Apps for Education (Email), the MySMCC portal, the Help@SMCC portal (this site), and any other mission critical software.
