If a ticket comes in stating a course could not be found or they can see 2 of the 3 courses they are enrolled in – contact the Enterprise Applications Team for support at: (support@mainecc.edu)

For all other platform, usability, or generic questions involving CoursEval, IT User Support escalates or forwards the CoursEval ticket to their local Brightspace Admin according to the table.
