ALL TICKETING SYSTEMS HAVE MIGRATED TO A NEW SYSTEM.
Please call the respective unit in which you want to submit a ticket.
The SMCC I.T. HelpDesk has migrated to a new ticketing system. Please email us at Helpdesk@smccme.edu or call us at 207-741-5696 for IT support requests. HelpDesk ticket forms are disabled as we have move to the new system. Thank you. The other ticketing systems - Facilities, Online Learning, Marketing, Central Services and Institutional Research are still operational.
