THE IT DEPARTMENT HELPDESK TICKETING SYSTEM NO LONGER USES THIS SYSTEM. YOU MAY STILL USE TEAMDYNAMIX FOR FACILITIES, ONLINE LEARNING, DATA REQUESTS, MARKETING, CENTRAL SERVICES.

The SMCC I.T. HelpDesk has migrated to a new ticketing system. Please email us at Helpdesk@smccme.edu or call us at 207-741-5696 for IT support requests. HelpDesk ticket forms are disabled as we have move to the new system. Thank you. The other ticketing systems - Facilities, Online Learning, Marketing, Central Services and Institutional Research are still operational.
