Overview
Orion Residence Hall at the SMCC Midcoast Campus has HD Cable TV access for all residents. Each room is provided with a digital tuning adapter that converts the digital coaxial feed from Comcast to a HDMI signal for media devices owned by residents.
Solution
To receive HDTV in the Orion Residence hall you will need to bring a media device with an HDMI connector. Most TVs and monitors today include an HDMI port and will work with the digital tuning adapter found in each room.
