J1 printing to PDF in Citrix

From J1, choose a PDF option for your printing.  Note that if you choose Adobe, you will be prompted to sign into the Adobe and MFA software using your SMCC credentials that you used to log into Citrix. 

When you click print, you will receive a dialog box to choose file location.  You may have to expand some of the options to see all the available folders, and some of them are restricted and will not be available.  Choose a location to save the file. 

If your J1 window is in full screen, minimize it or make it a window by clicking on the upper right toolbar

Open file explorer from the taskbar

Locate where you have saved the file, and right-click it.  You will have a Print option. 

Double click to open (it will open in Adobe).  Click File, Print, and select your printer from the dialog box.  

You should see all the printers that are installed on your computer. If you do not see any printers installed, or cannot send to any of the printers you see, or get an error message, please contact your helpdesk to investigate and provide them with as many specifics about the problem or errors as you can.
