The following is to provide instruction on how to clear the browser history, cache and cookies on Google Chrome.
Solution
Step 1 - In the top right select the 3 vertical dots
Step 2 - Select "History" and then on the menu select "History" again
Step 3 - On the left hand side, click on "Clear Browsing Data"
Step 4 - On the popup window, select the time range and ensure all 3 check boxes are selected
Step 5 - Click "Clear Data" and wait for the popup window to close.
Step 6 - Close your browser and re-open it to continue using it
