The following is to provide instruction on how to clear the browser history, cache and cookies on Mozilla Firefox.
Solution
Step 1 - In the top right select the 3 horizontal bars to display the menu, select "Options".
Step 2 - On the left hand side, select "Privacy & Security".
Step 3 - Select "Clear History...".
Step 4 - Open the dropdown menu and select "Everything".
Step 5 - Select "Clear Now" and wait for the popup window to close.
Step 6 - Close your browser and re-open it to continue browsing.
